APEX SOLUTION: Xport                                   Next: Bulk Update > Xport provides a mechanism for users to extract structured data from the Apex database using a series of pre-defined extracts (MS Excel worksheets/reports). The standard use of the module is to extract data directly into Microsoft Excel supporting the automatic creation of pivot tables and charts (where applicable).  140 + pre-defines reports. Users can define, prompt and save global section criteria. Reports are categorised into Logical groupings. Selection of multiple categories to quickly identify the required report. Interacts directly with Excel creating dynamic Pivot Tables and Charts. Raw data can be extracted and modified by the user to update the Pivot Tables. Data can be previewed before being passed to Excel. Parameter required for each report can be prompted against the database.
