APEX SOLUTION: Projections & Appraisals Next: Business Planning > A flexible financial framework that delivers short, medium or long term forecasts of the underlying data values (held at differing hierarchical levels) within the Asset Register. Supports option and investment appraisal as well as supporting key business process decisions. This module supports NPV & DCF accounting calculations. Generates key financial and quality indicators necessary to conduct prudent, efficient and effective business management. Creates projections of data values up to 30 years in the future based on data items within the asset registry. Graphical representation of financial forecasts. Allows definition of standard rule based projections. Permits override of rules to allow assumptions or calculations to be modified and projected. Enables a flexible method of defining projections, supporting the DCF and NPV accounting principles. Allows defined characteristic (i.e. rent, valuations, charges, socio-economic or housing quality indicators) to be used in conjunction with financial projections.
