Supports the capture of (hazards, deficiencies, locations) and calculation of
information required to assess properties against the Housing Health &
Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Three mechanisms are provided for the collection
and calculation of the data and assessments: -
- via
handheld devices through the Survey Manager module
- entered
directly through the HHSRS screen functionality of the Asset
Register
- via
an interface from any other external system or data source
The
calculated hazard scores and bands are stored in the centralised Asset Register
for analysis. They are also available for inclusion within the Quality Standard
(Decent Homes) module for 'fitness
standard' assessment, programme modelling or general analysis.
