APEX SOLUTION: Energy Manager Next: Projections & Appraisals > Simplifies the process of producing energy ratings and cost data from Apex using the industry standard NHER Auto Evaluator software. The process extracts information from the Apex database using flexible reference tables and converts the data into a format suitable for Auto Evaluator. Apex then process the data performing calculations using Auto Evaluator, produces the results and automatically update the relevant parts of Apex. Once the data is in Apex you can perform all of the normal Apex data operations such as finding averages, applying filters and selecting work based on the energy values.  Calculates NHER, SAP, BEPI and common cost values. Interacts with industry standard NHER AutoEvaluator Software. Supports level 0 and 1 energy rating Provides a facility for client's data to be mapped to the energy calculations Allows default values to be applied. Allows flexible elections of properties for energy calculations. Automatically makes energy variables available to other functional areas of Apex.
