contract to Innovation Apex. Rother's key business drives were
the ability to survey, model and analysis the investment requirements
to achieve the Decent Homes standard. |

contract to Innovation Apex. SLFHA needed to move away from
their existing Forecaster system to provide a more strategic, functional
and flexible approach to asset management. |

Essex Homes, the ALMO of Southend on Sea council award
Innovation Apex the
contract for supply of the Apex strategic asset management solution.
As part of the competitive tendering process (with guidance and advice
from Ridge Property Consultants), South Essex Homes unanimously vote
the Apex solution as fully meeting and exceeding their comprehensive
set of business requirements. South Essex Homes wanted an integrated
asset management solution that was compatible with their Northgate
housing management system. Apex was able to offer that level of
integration that other suppliers could not. |

contract to Innovation Apex. Camden went out to tender for an asset management
system which was modern, strategic, flexible and highly integrated
with their Northgate housing management system. The Apex solution far
exceeded their initial expectations. |

solution to assess their stock against the Scottish Housing quality standard (SHQS) as
part of their standard delivery plan (SDP). An exhaustive tender
