City of Westminster- With a very 'specialist'  portfolio of properties to manage the authority was seeking a flexible product which could easy replicate it business environment.

North East Lincolnshire Council - The first authority to adopt the solution under the Midas & Anite re-seller programme. A rural authority with different demands to their inner city counterparts.

Peterborough City Council - Resource Accounting was a large driver for the selection of the Apex product, it's ability to quickly and easily provide the required data, correlated at the appropriate levels was seen as a strong differentiator.
